Scope and operator

K+Mall (the “Store”) is operated by CPass Korea Co., Ltd. (“K+Mall”, “we”, “us”). The Store offers cross-border online retail, primarily shipping goods from South Korea to customers in the Philippines. The legal seller for each product and any third-party seller, if applicable, will be identified before checkout. Company registered address: Unit 601, 48, Digital-ro 33-gil, Guro-gu, Seoul, 08377, Republic of Korea. Business registration number: 836-87-02994. Customer telephone: +82-1644-9148.

Eligibility and accounts

Customers must have legal capacity to enter into purchase contracts. Account holders must provide accurate information, safeguard credentials, and promptly notify us of unauthorized use. Guest checkout may be offered. We may restrict accounts for substantiated fraud or unlawful activity, subject to applicable law.

Product listings

Product descriptions, brand, condition, quantity, compatibility, country of origin where applicable, restrictions, warranty and any mandatory disclosures appear on the product page. Product images may vary slightly in color due to display settings; material discrepancies remain subject to legal remedies. Regulated goods will be listed only when permitted and appropriately documented.

Pricing and checkout

Product prices are displayed in Korean won (KRW). For PayPal checkout, a converted US dollar (USD) quote is shown before payment. The checkout identifies the payment currency and final amount before you confirm the order. The checkout summary will disclose product price, shipping charges, applicable taxes and import duties or who pays them, and the total payable before order confirmation. Promotions, coupon exclusions and validity periods will be clearly stated. Obvious pricing errors will be addressed lawfully and without automatically depriving consumers of confirmed contractual rights.

Order formation and fulfillment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We promptly acknowledge receipt and communicate acceptance or unavailability. Customers can review and correct their order before final submission. Accepted orders are fulfilled within the communicated dispatch and delivery arrangements. If an order cannot be supplied, we will notify the customer and provide the legally required refund.

Payments and security

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include cards, e-wallets or payment gateways as activated. Payment providers may separately process transactions. We do not request payment card passwords or one-time passwords by email. Unauthorized charges should be reported promptly.

Delivery, cancellations and returns

Shipping charges and available dispatch and delivery information are communicated before purchase. Customers may request cancellation by contacting cpasskorea@gmail.com; orders already dispatched are subject to applicable withdrawal and return rights. Returns, refunds and exchanges are handled under our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy. Risk, delivery responsibility and remedies are governed by applicable law and the confirmed transaction terms.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

K+Mall branding, site content and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Customers may use the Store for lawful personal shopping and may not scrape, impersonate, submit malicious code, or infringe third-party rights.

Liability and consumer rights

We do not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, product safety obligations, or other liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these Terms removes statutory cancellation, refund, warranty, privacy, or complaint rights.

Disputes and governing law

The contract is administered by the Korean operator, but mandatory consumer protections of applicable jurisdictions, including the Philippines where applicable, remain effective. Parties should first use our complaint mechanism; this does not eliminate access to competent regulators or courts.

Contact and changes

Contact cpasskorea@gmail.com. Changes are published with an effective date and do not retroactively diminish accrued consumer rights.
